Knife Hand Guarding Block is a skill which originated with Okinawan Te (Kempo) and is common to most Karate and Taekwondo Ryus. It appears in numerous Kata and Poomsae However, it is one of the most misunderstood and misapplied skill. To call it a block is a misnomer. While the video clip is of marginal quality, I believe that the content is worth viewing. Feedback is appreciated.
